236-leheküljeline suures formaadis ning pehmes köites raamat (inglise keeles)
This is Flo’s Book. It includes almost every work by Flo Kasearu from 2006 until 2016, presented in three chapters. Chapter one covers her solo practice, chapter two introduces collaborations in a broad range of media, and the last chapter is all about Flo Kasearu House Museum. It has taken almost ten years to make this book.
Flo was born in the Soviet Union but grew up in Estonia. She lives and works in Tallinn, and since 2014 is the director of Flo Kasearu House Museum. The nature of Flo’s work is seasonal and explorative. Flo does not favour a particular theme or medium. She is interested in grass-roots activity, national identity, domestic issues, vertical versus horizontal relationships, and monumentality versus instability in private and public space. Flo values irony more than aesthetics.
