Raamat annab ülevaate inimõiguste olukorrast okupeeritud Eestis.
The purpose of the present publication is to be a contribution towards the elucidation of the problems of human rights and genocide. Based on verified and reliable data, it attempts to give as objective a survey as possible on the way in which the most essential principles set up by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and by the Convention on Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide have been, and are, treated in one of the tree Baltic States, viz., Estonia. A closely similar situation prevails in the other Baltic States, Latvia and Lithuania.
