This is the first book of its kind on the new situation in the Baltic states and their relationship with the Nordic countries. This unique book aims to give a picture of the changes that have taken place in the countries around the Baltic Sea. The issues connected with the Baltic Sea cooperation seen from the Nordic, Baltic and Russian point of view together with the probable scenarios to the development of separate countries as well as the whole region are analyzed.
