The aim of the «Yearbook» is to provide a forum for journal-length scholarly articles and in-depth policy analyses that will reach an international audience. As such, it offers a perspective that is different from the Yearbook published by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs which consists primarily of brief overviews of the ministry's accomplishments during the past year.
