The Raging Waves

The Raging Waves
The estonian merchant marine officers recall days of their stormy past at sea
Estonian Marine History Study Circle · 1985
Raamat koondab eesti meremeeste mälestusi oma mereretkedelt.
The stories in this collection of sea adventures emphasize the temptation and attraction of the sea upon all men and, in particular, upon professional navigators. Every word in the following narratives has been contributed by Estonian men who dedicated their lives to be sent at sea. Their devotion was not prompted by a quest for fun and relaxation - it sprung from their determination to engage themselves in the hard and demanding task of earning their living.
