«When the Soviet come...» is an exceptionally powerful book, written as an documentary novel. It describes in chronological order the events in Estonia from September 27th, 1939, – after the so-called Molotov-Ribbentrop pact was signed in Moscow on August 23rd, 1939, which included a «strictly secret protocol» placing certain areas of Europe, including the Baltic States, – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, – under the Soviet «sphere of influence». The book describes in detail the late of a small Nation when the Soviet come. It has been the fate of many Nations already and could be the fate of the Free World.
